When you submit a contact or case-review form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and the description of your situation. The form also records, for our intake team, the page you submitted from, the page address and referring page, and — if you arrived from an online advertisement — standard campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs). We use this information to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can help.

Form submissions are delivered to the firm by our email service provider (Brevo) and may also be stored by us. Please do not include detailed medical records or highly sensitive information in an initial form submission — a brief description is all we need to start.

No attorney–client relationship

Submitting a form, calling, or emailing does not create an attorney–client relationship with Thomas & Wan, LLP. An attorney–client relationship is formed only by a written engagement agreement signed by the firm.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising measurement tools that set cookies or similar technologies:

• Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics about how visitors use the site.
• Google Ads conversion and call tracking — if you arrive from one of our ads, Google may measure form submissions and calls (including displaying a tracking phone number) to report advertising performance.
